Designed in the late 1960s by Cesare Maria Casati and Emanuele Ponzio for the legendary Il Grifoncino Nightclub, this Italian modern round chair was built for nightlife—visibility, movement, and control under artificial light.

The transparent plexiglass structure wraps in a continuous circular form, creating a visual loop that catches reflections, color, and motion. Legs and backrest follow the same geometry, producing a sculptural silhouette that feels suspended rather than grounded. The padded round seat, finished in brown suede, softens the material contrast—sensual against the rigidity of plexi, tactile against transparency.
